The program was photocopied on the machine at the radio shop on the Thursday before the festival. Mrs. Fasnacht folded and stapled six hundred copies at the counter. They were handed out at the gate. They were not sold.
Page three carries the running order for both days. Page six carries the Rules of the Grounds, reproduced here. Page seven is a map of the grounds drawn by hand. The slab, the hay-bale fence, the 4-H building and the lemonade stand are marked. The parking is marked FIELD.
The owner of this copy circled four set times on Saturday in blue ballpoint: 1:45, 3:00, 5:30 and 9:15.

MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE FAIR BOARD
Tuesday, July 9, 1991 · 7:30 p.m. · Fair Board Office
Present: seven members. Absent: one (harvest).
Request of Fasnacht Booking, Wichita. Mrs. Doreen Fasnacht addressed the board regarding use of the grounds on Saturday and Sunday, August 24–25, for a music program of sixteen acts. Mrs. Fasnacht stated that the acts would provide their own sound. Mr. Voth asked how loud. Mrs. Fasnacht stated that it would vary.
Stage. Mrs. Fasnacht stated that one act will not perform on plywood. The board discussed the old wash rack behind the livestock barns. It was agreed that the wash rack is concrete.
